Both Kirk and Kelle were born in Texas, and along with their family call Boerne Texas, home. They have three children Chase, Wesley, and Hannah. Chase is currently attending Baylor University in Waco, Texas; Wesley is attending Faith Academy Manila, Philippines; and Hannah attends Hope International School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Both Kirk and Kelle fell in love with the Cambodian people while working from 2002-2005 constructing the New U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In May of 2008 Kirk and Kelle were called back; however, this time as missionaries constructing a New Medical Training Facility “The Mercy Medical Center” in Phnom Penh. After completing the U.S. Embassy Cambodia in 2005 Kirk and Kelle moved to Quito, Ecuador to continue constructing U.S. Embassies; however, even though they were no longer physically in Cambodia their hearts really never left. They continued to sponsor community development projects, and the production of the Khmer Hope Video, which was completed in April of 2008. Since the completion of the Khmer Hope Video; Hundreds of copies have been given away to Churches and mission groups throughout the country of Cambodia, and even into the Cambodian communities in the United States, and the Philippines. Upon retuning to Cambodia Kirk and Kelle’s immediate calling is to begin work on the New Mercy Medical Center, and to immerse themselves into the language and culture of the Khmer people. Please pray for them and their three children, that God would use them for His glorious purpose.
